Restrictions have been reduced and we are kicking off our return to the courts with a half day tournament. It will be everything you know and love about VicTennis - high energy, social (with distance of course) and so many familiar faces we know you've missed!
The Cup Day Classic will be held as a round robin doubles only format across three grades utilising the entire facility at Fawkner Park Tennis Centre.
Enter as a team but be quick as places will fill up fast with a maximum of 18 teams able to take part! Entries open at 10am on Friday, October 30.

Each player will enter as a team of two with capacity for 18 teams.
Teams will be spread across 3 grades – A, B and C with gradings determined by entries received.
Each grade will be made up of two round robin groups with three teams in each. The top two teams from each group will progress to the semi finals with finals to include a 5th/6th playoff meaning all players are guaranteed 3 matches (4 if you make the final).
All matches will be scheduled prior to the tournament day and will run for 1 hour (inclusive of warm up and change over time).
The team with the most games at the end of the hour will be victorious and remember overall games won can play a part in your final placing if it comes down to for and against.
If the score is locked at the 1 hour mark, a deciding sudden death point will be played. Receiver's choice of which side the serve will go to.
Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, players must stick to the allocated area for each grade on the day. You can be social but we still need to keep our distance.
